We start by meeting Søren Jensen, our production manager, who has been with us since the first day. Søren has previously worked at Danprint, a company that at the time also produced similar products, such as Mekoprint Seritronic. Here, Søren worked with Birgitte and Hans Henrik, with whom he was also in a management group.

And it was precisely the relationship with Birgitte and Hans Henrik that became crucial to Søren's decision to join the newly started company, Seritronic. Because with the good cooperation and the good relations the three had, they were "flying" from the first day.

"It all started with a call from Birgitte, where the conversation was not so much about whether I could start, but rather about when I should start." – Søren Jensen

And 25 years later, Søren can look back on a development he has helped shape to the place where Mekoprint Seritronic stands today.

"Having been involved from the start and helped shape the development has been hugely exciting for me. I know the workflows because I have been involved in implementing them myself and I know the customers and their needs." – Søren Jensen

And Søren's time at Seritronic has been a great joy and satisfaction when you hear colleagues and former owners talk about his contribution to the company's development.

Almost at the same time as Søren Jensen stepped over the threshold of Seritronic, Lene Knudsen joined the assembly department and Dorthe Bengtsen, who works in the printing house, both have been part of Seritronic for 25 years this year.

"To follow the development and have many good memories with your colleagues to look back on is unique. A lot has happened with Seritronic since the year 2000, with the factory and with the way we work. All of this has contributed to the good workplace we have created, where it is comfortable to be." - Lene Knudsen

The culture at Mekoprint Seritronic has meant a lot to Dorthe Bengtsen in her 25 years in the printing house.

"You feel safe and welcome here, and that has helped make my 25 years at Seritronic very special. It has been special to be involved from the start and to see the development that Seritronic has been through. A lot has happened from a few people in a printing house and helped each other where we could, to today having specialist roles and more opportunities in our production." – Dorthe Bengtsen

Many things have changed over the past 25 years, but most importantly, the spirit of Seritronic has followed and developed together with dedicated employees.
